i don't remember if i talked about the jackass from china saying the ring on ebay would ship for free and then him asking for 2 more dollars for shipping .well it turns out complaining works .i sent him a message telling him that if he didn't return my money i would ask paypal to decide for us both .so the man refunded my money and will keep the ring i had won .which i guess is ok since i'm getting my money back for it .it was a cool ring though .anywho i had bought a different ring from the same seller and have been waiting and waiting and finally it has arrived .i figured that it was a scam this dude had set up .because i had seen the exact ring i bought for sell by other sellers .several other sellers in fact .i guess its no surprise that other people were selling a "one of a kind ancient tibetan ring" but i guess we have hopes don't we?

you must be a total idiot

if you're getting into your car at a parking lot and your door is close to the other car next to you .you really need to pay attention to whether or not that other car is on .last night my girlfriend and i went out to eat and then to a movie .and when we got to the van after the movie we both got in .i started the van .the space in front of me was empty so i planned to pull straight threw there .i put the van in drive and as i pull forward no more then a foot i hear this crunch of metal coming from the back .i of coarse stopped and looked back to see that the idiot next to me had opened his door into the side of the van so when i pulled forward it wedged his door into the side causing minor scratches and a six inch dent .that is about an inch deep .before i could even put the car in reverse the man knocked on the back of the van as if to say "hey you have my door" .so i put the van in reveres and slowly backed up about a foot freeing the door from the van's side .i got out and walked around to see how much damage had been done and the douche bag was only concerned about his door .not the van he unintentionally dented do to his carelessness .i really had no idea what to say to the guy and he was acting as if he was stoned or something .it could have been he was just a moron but i'm not sure .so when i saw the dent i told him i knew it wasn't totally his fault although i think it was more his then mine .i just said "uuuuh have a nice night man" shook his hand and went back to the drivers seat of the van .when i got in amilia asked how bad it was and i told her and as i thought more about it i figured i better get his name at least so i didn't get reamed my parents .so i got out and asked the man to his information and he handed me his license and told me "i'm not going to be here tomorrow i'm shipping back to iraq" and i told him i was only getting it due to it being my mom's van .i copied the info off his ID and handed it back to him .wished him luck in iraq and that was it .though when i was next to his window i saw a woman holding what i assumed to be their kid .just a baby under a year old .she didn't even have the child in a car seat .just had it on her lap laying on it's back .that's the mentality of the people that open doors without being aware of whats going on around them

help someone out and get sued!

i just saw that a woman is suing her former co-worker for helping her out of a car when they got in a wreck .the woman is now a paraplegic and claims she would have rather taken her chances in the car and waited for help to arrive the having been pulled out .the man who pulled her our did so thinking the car might catch on fire .and i think most people in his situation would have done the same thing .yet this ungrateful bitch is going to sue him for only having good intent and trying to help

i bet the poor man is wishing he'd left the bitch in the car and torched it himself .what the hell is this world coming to when you can't help someone out of a tough spot without fear of consequences .on the show seinfeld the group was sued for NOT helping the victim of a mugging .the small town they were in had passed the law saying if someone was in trouble you had to help them or else you were breaking the law .i know that's a television show but it's going to an extreme .i think you should have the right to either help or ignore someone in need .without fear of being held responsible for any malice acts later on .but that's just me

cats

i'm not sure if it's their small head or their standoffish ways but cats freak me out .well i guess that's not true .they don't creep me out or freak me out but i just don't like them .i in fact hate them .their tiny heads and huge eyes .their crap stinking so much worse then anything you've smelt before .and the way dogs love the smell of it so much if they can they will eat it .or possibly roll in it .the only thing worse then cats .is guys who like them those guys do creep me out

yesterday a cat showed up in our backyard and i did what i usually do when that happens and i let my dog out to run it off .cow's an awesome dog and he listens to me when i tell him to stop so he doesn't get scratched to shreds .the cat got the picture that this yard was taken .well .it got the picture for a short time .it was back later that night and my girlfriend god bless her hates to see any living thing in trouble .so she picks it up much to my dismay .only bonding with it making the dumb cat think it belongs here .this morning when i woke up the damn thing was there again .amilia (my girlfriend) and i went to get a weed eater for my brother to do the yard and when we returned my mom and both nephews were in the backyard with the cat .and had not only feed it but had named it .i yelled to my mom "you named it?!? .you only name stuff if you're going to keep it" .i didn't hear a response form her but i'm not sure any response would have put aside my hatred for the felines

tracking cookies and wholesale bags

tracking cookies piss me off .i hate seeing the stuff i've searched for in ads on the side of the screen on myspace and other internet pages .its just a hassle for me .recently and well i guess still currently i've been looking for small (3''x4'') suede drawstring bags .its not been an easy search .not for ones at wholesale prices anyway .my search brought me to nextag and those sneaky bastards have been putting ads on my pages .i feel violated

i have found plenty of suede bags selling for 5 and 6 dollars each .and then i did find one supplier selling them for .35 cents each .the only problem with that is you have to buy a minimum of 100 bags .so they'd be 35 dollars not including shipping .on top of that what am i going to do with 100 little bags .i mean if i had a buyer who wanted 75 or so why i'd sell them to that person for 1 dollar a peace seeing as i got them for less then .50 cents a piece and i'd make a nice profit .but i honestly have no idea who would want to buy 75 suede bags .i could buy 200 velvet bags of the size and type i want but they're velvet .those i'm sure i could resell fairly easily

i grew it i should keep it

i really don't understand why we grow hair and finger and toe nails only if we have to cut them off .personal grooming is one thing i really despise having to do .shaving my head .trimming my nails .cleaning out my ears .brushing my teeth .and showering .hell just having to type all of that now has got me feeling lethargic .i guess i can understand why we have fingernails .needing them to pick and pry things and i suppose i get why they grow needing to be replaced when they are damaged .toenails too .though we don't pry with them any more our monkey predecessors did .but what the hell .we don't need them anymore lets chuck them already

hair on the other hand (if you're a masturbate chronically ) has no purpose and all we do is grow it and cut it .taking time away from what i'd like to do .like doing nothing .and there has to be a way to combine a shower and brushing your teeth in one step .maybe there should be a toothpaste/body wash/mouth rinse .there's a million dollar ideal no ones capitalized on yet .i mean hell there is already body wash/shampoo .it can't be that hard to make one that cleans your teeth too could it? and as a plus your whole body could have a minty fresh smell .although the act of brushing my teeth does make me sigh .i do love the feeling of clean squeaky teeth underneath my tongue

weather sure is a hell of a thing

especially in this part of the country .that part would be southeast texas .last week on the 11th we had actual snow fall .and it stayed on the ground rather then melting away as soon as it hit .like it has tended to do in the past if we were lucky enough to see some flurries or sleet .but this time everything was right for the snow to not only fall but to stick around for awhile .until the sun came up that is the last time it snowed a measurable amount was in 1989 .like 30 years ago or something i suck at math .but there were hours of enjoyable snow play for many of us .there were snowmen built and snow ball fights .and of coarse numb fingers and nippy noses

the snow and fun that went along with it reseeded as the sun arose .that all being just four short days ago .today .we have our air conditioner on .the weather out side is overcast but in the low 70s .anyone not use to it is in for a shocker if they come to this area .my girlfriend being from michigan use to the cold was a little taken back when i told her she needed to pack winter and summer clothes .but that's a typical winter for southeast texas area .summer is hot and humid

it really claps my jing when someone agrees to do something for you .then later decides they're not going to .i asked my dad if he would bring me to the airport to pick up my girlfriend on the 16th .i asked him that several weeks ago .and he told me if i helped him cut the tree that had fallen on his storage building and find a new window for the car .hat he would .so i found a new window and helped him cut the tree .i figured that he'd have forgotten by now so i asked him a again if he'd drive me to the airport .he got this look on his face like i was absolutely crazy all because i didn't wake up this morning and watch my nephews .first off i never agreed to and second off .i already did what he asked me to for him to bring me .yet its never good enough for him .he does this crap all the time .he'll agree to do something .IF you do something for him in exchange of coarse .then he continues to tack on more stuff you have to do for him if you want his help .yet i'm constantly helping him move his crap from one place to another without any expectation of help .i guess i'm one of the rare people these days that is still willing to do something for someone else just because .that's how i do believe god would have anted it .not having us be kind to one another just to get something in return .this is one more reason the world is in the crapper .if you want to help save it .help someone without any expectation of gain in return .like brandy .shes one of the few that does things out of kindness

first time being proactive

i know i have written a lot on the many many things the frustrate me .but i think it is time to at least have one positive blog as there are many more blogs of things and people that piss me off but for now here's one thing you can do to combat the endless stream of frustration that comes your way

stay positive .things are usually not as bad as they first appear .sometimes things seem much worse simply because we’re tired or mentally drained .taking a break and remembering to keep your sense of humour can also help this time of frustration will pass .a positive mind is far more open to solutions and answers than a negative one that thinks it’s just hopeless and thinks .what’s the use? .a closed mind will not be able to see the possible solutions when they do come along .so try to stay positive

if you're going to lie .at least make it believable

i hate liars .you should know if you read my blogs .sooo i'll take it you didn't know that so i'll tell you again .i HATE liars .i don't see the point of it .the truth will come out and i think it should come out on my terms .i know not every one thinks the same way because the world is full of liars .people that lie for absolutely no reason .well i guess other then to see if they can get away with it .like one guy i know of lied and said he was the person who came up with the "atm" abbreviation for "At The Moment" .even if he did come up with that on his own .i guarantee he wasn't the first .and then you have the mother of all lies .al gore .not only is he an idiot for every other reason you can think of .he's an idiot for thinking he had anything to do with the creation of the internet .i know you've probably heard jokes of him claiming he invented the internet .and those all stem from his comments on a late night interview on CNN with wolf blitzer .which aired on march 9th 1999 .he was asked what separated him from the competition .his response in part was "during my service in the united states congress ,i took the initiative in creating the internet" .although he didn't outright say he invented the internet .he sure was taking an ass load of created and more then likely wanting you to believe he invented it .hes a peice of work that could easily supply topics of daily blogging for years .in the interview he went on to say "i took the initiative in moving forward a whole range of initiatives...." well hell .no wonder he was confused and thought he had anything to do with the creation of the internet .if i was taking initiative to move forward other initiatives i'd not have any time do anything else but figure out what in the name of god that even works .only in al gore's world can initiative be taken to move forward initiative

i'm sure we all know how it feels to have been forgotten at one time or another .it sucks .you want to say "hey what about me?" but at the same time you don't because what if you weren't forgotten? rather left out on purpose .more then often that's no the case though .and you know as bad as they feel for having forgotten you .you always feel worse for being forgotten .thinking you're not important enough to been seen as a member of the group

today i was forgotten .i'm almost certain it wasn't on purpose .as you would know if you have read a couple of my blogs is that i have chronic fatigue syndrome .in the mornings i'm given concerta .its the generic brand of ritalin and in adults it acts as speed .i need to get my sleeping ass up and going in the morning .though it doesn't get me going just makes it hard for me to sleep .anyway this morning i woke up and it was about 10:30 .usually i remember being given my medicine and this morning i didn't. so after i got dressed i went into the kitchen and there was sitting my pill bottle still containing my medicine .so i took it and i'm waiting for it to kick in .but honestly i just want to go back to sleep

like i said i'm pretty certain that i wasn't forgotten on purpose .but it still doesn't help getting the feeling of being forgotten all the times before .remembering the feeling of sitting there thinking "did they forget me?" .its never a fun feeling .well that is unless you're trying to be forgotten and then of coarse you're always remembered

height is an issue

i hear a lot of vertically challenged people complain on how they hate being short .and to an extent i can empathises .but for the most part i think its total crap .this world is built for people how are around 5'7'' .which is the average height of the american male .i'm 6'1'' so i can easily reach most things that the shorter people have put up high for whatever reason .but i get them for them .i try not to let my height go to my head .what really gets to me about being taller is that since every thin is built for people who are shorter then myself .i'm constantly whacking, banging, and knocking the crap out of my head on everything .our microwave is a built in vent-a-hood so its up higher .so i'm the one who gets told i have to wipe it out even though i'm never the one to leave my food uncovered and get it dirty .it just really pisses me off some times that i'm suppose to feel bad because you're short .being tall like i'm trying to tell you isn't all its cracked up to be .i want the tall life you think i have .that'd be nice .yet i don't get to have it .i have to constantly duck to avoid hitting my head .and hurt when i forget to duck .i have to deal with a cramped back from stooping to was anything in the bathroom sink .being uncomfortable sitting in chairs that i'm not proportioned for .so next time you think it sucks being short .just remember its not all peachy being tall .this world was built by shorter people to fit the needs of the short people

greedy people

if i said i was never greedy i would be lying .i do try never to be greedy .and more often then not i tend to be a giver .what pisses me off more the normal little every day things is when i see greed grabbing hold of someone .it fascinates me at the same time but it pisses me off more .i really hate to see when someone takes more then what they need .and more often then not don't end up using it .this often happens when something is being given away for free .they person tends to gorge on it like if the y don't get as much as they can they'll die .like i said it is interesting to watch but at the same time its frustrating because its taking away from someone who could have gotten but didn't

i think greed is the reason the economy has been going down further and further .the price of gas is down now but every that was inflated to adjust for the higher gas price .hasn't come down accordingly .like air travel .checked baggage fees were put in place do to higher fuel cost and they have yet to be dropped back to free checked bags .greed is the only problem here .the airlines have seen people will pay the fee so rather then doing away with it .they keep it to knowing its just profit .and when i'm separated away from my money for a reason i find greedy .i get mad

i thought computers were suppose to know stuff

i'll be the first to tell you i'm a horrible speller .if it wasn't for spell checker i really don't believe that you'd be able to make out what i'm trying to tell you .though sometime my spelling is so jacked that the spell check has no idea for suggestions .that's when i go to yahoo and use the american heritage dictionary to see if they can figure out what i'm trying to spell .the only problem there is when they put the "did you mean" option with a highlighted and click-able suggestion .its a hit and miss but there are times that suggests exactly what you wanted .so you click on it and it brings you to a page telling you there are no results .well why the hell did you suggest it if you knew there weren't any results .i know it knew too .its just being an ass and jerking us around .it pretty bad when technology is making fun of you .seriously all i want to do is figure out how off i was with my spelling so that the three people who actually read these blogs will know what i'm trying to say .but instead i get made an ass of by a computer .that's fantastic for my self esteem too .i don't have low self esteem but when a computer that lacks sarcasm as well as a sense of humor all together its a low blow .a really low blow which i think is better then just a regular low blow because the really low blow misses your "tenders"

well snap to it

it kinda pisses me off that no one has invented a teleportation system yet .seriously how hard could making a machine to tear atoms apart .transport them via solar radiation and reassemble them anywhere on earth .why the hell is that so hard? if i was a tiny bit more familiar with solar radiation and atomic realignment (already knowing atomic deconstruction) .i'd have made it my damn self .but since we don't have anything like that .and i'm not more knowledgeable on the subject of solar radiation and atom re alignment .i have to wait days .even weeks for something i've bought to be shipped from where ever to me .and if you've read any of my blogs you should know i hate waiting .yet i'm a chronic procrastinator and no i'm still not sure how they manage to coexist yet they do .so i have to wait .and wait .and wait .and making it worse like i said yesterday .the stupid damn protesters shut down the bangkok airport halting my emerald from getting her for me .once its here i'm of coarse going to hoard it and stroke it and look at it and tell it how pretty it is .i'm kidding of coarse .kidding about everything but the hoarding .i wish i had more money because i'd buy a lot of gold and bury it in my backyard .but i digress .i really hate having to wait for something i've bought to be shipped to me .every time i hear a large truck go by i'm hoping it's a fedex or ups truck with my precious stuff .and that's no way to live

i'm kinda loving ebay but hating it at the same time .i'm currently trying to buy a tablet pen mouse so i can draw on my computer .but i always get out bid .i don't think i should have to pay more then 40 dollars for it .plus the 10 dollars for the shipping .i could get a new better model at the store for 70 bucks though it doesn't come with any editing or drawing software as the one on ebay does .but still i don't believe i should have to pay more then 40 for it .the seller seems to have an endless supply posting a new one every time one sells .the page says they are factory sealed as well .i know i'm being a tight ass being so frugal with my money but i hate parting with it .though you might not really know it as i have bought other things on ebay that i don't need .i guess i don't need the drawing tablet either but i have more use for it then i do a loose emerald that i bought .the emerald action was about to end and no one had bid on it so i bid the minimum $9.99 bid and won it .it is a lab created stone but that just means its less flawed then a natural one .i hope i've not been ripped off paying 10 bucks for a piece of green glass .and i also hope that when i finally get the emerald it will appraise for more then the $10 i paid .one good thing about it is that shipping was free .but i received an e-mail from the person telling me that the bangkok airport was shut for 10 days and it will be delayed getting here .i did look online and found that protesters did do something to ruin it for me causing all flights in and out of the airport to be delayed .stupid protesters .but seriously i want this tablet and i hope no arse out bids me this next time

adam sandler

the majority of his films leave a cheap metallic taste in my mouth .i'll sum up the entire plot of happy gilmore, billy madison, i now pronounce you chuck and larry,the wedding singer, little nicky, mr. deeds, 50 first dates, the water boy, and the worst of then yet .you don't mess with the zohan .the plot is .man (adam sandler's character) falls in love with a woman he ,for some dumb ass reason or another can't have for the whole movie .only to find a way to make it work by the end of the movie .well woop te doo and poo on you cause you bought the ticket, movie or rented it

i have not seen all of his movies so i can't lump them all together .not only that but he also produces films the leave you lacking the want to even care it wasn't a better movie .the hot chick, the animal, the master of disguise .i'm now noticing that a lot the films the he produced and sucked were films staring rob schneider.

the one movie i did like of adam sandlers was punch drunk love .which is about Barry Egan (adam sandler) a small business owner with seven sisters whose nit picking has kept him alone and unable to fall in love. When a harmonium and a mysterious woman (Emily Watson) enters his life, his romantic journey begins .its no wonder its a good movie since he had no hand in the writing or producing of it .only made better by his co-star and one of the greatest living actors philip seymour hoffman .in conclusion .adam sandler has acting talent and i will give him that .but as far as writer and a producer falls way short of what i would think the hollywood standard should be

what happened to all or nothing?

what did happen to the all or nothing mind set .i know we are in a bit of an economic slump world wide but still i think we should go full bore or no bore at all .it really chaps my nipples when i see someone picking and choosing when they have no place reason to be choosing .things come packaged in sets and kits for a reason .and that reason is because everything in that set or kit goes together .like back in school you couldn't pick the best player without getting a slow uncoordinated one with them .its like the balance of the universe depends on it .so don't be an ass and break stuff up .take it all or leave it all

all that being said last night i saw some ice cream scoops in the sink .which by its self is like pulling a hair off my balls .i honestly don't see whats so hard about washing it off right then and putting it up but anyway i saw the scoops in the sink and thought (after the anger of them being dirty) "oooOOOooo ice cream" .i wasn't hungry for it at the time but i still went to the freezer and looked to see if there was any left .which there was some half "homemade vanilla" and half "dutch chocolate" .i'm not a fan of plan vanilla but like this blog is about .i knew it was all or nothing (meaning no chocolate without any vanilla) .so i shut the freezer door and went back to my room .later on i got hungry and it was getting close to bed time so i decided ice cream would be a good snack .i went to the kitchen .pulled the tub out of the freezer .pried the top off and wouldn't you know it .someone had scooped out all but a tiny bit of chocolate leaving the vanilla damn near untouched .the site of that made me extremely pissed me off and needless to say but i'll say it anyway i didn't have any ice cream and left a rather poignant note that reads "who's the ass that ate only the chocolate?"

isn't it an oxymoron

i hate waiting .absolutely hate it .and i'm having to wait right now for the 16th which is when my girlfriend is flying in from the holidays .its only twp weeks which doesn't seem like that long of a time but when you count down the days it drags on for a seeming eternity .i miss her intolerably and there's nothing i can do to speed time up .all i can do is wait .well i guess i can try to keep busy to keep my mind else where .but it drifts back to the clock and calender .it can't help but drift there because i know its only a matter of time before my girlfriend is here with me again

i really don't get how i can procrastinate yet still be horribly impatient .i don't think those to qualities should be able to exist in one person but i'm sure i'm not the only one to posses them .seriously how can i hate to wait but knowingly put off doing things .i mean really .why the hell wouldn't i do something since i have control over it .since having to wait on the things i don't have control over drives me insane .shouldn't i explode or implode or some sort of plode having both these qualities?

the nerve

i know its probably not a shock to any of you that you have to pay to check a bag on to an airline when you fly .it didn't use to be like that .checked bags use to be included in the price of your ticket .and should still be .the price of gas has dropped dramatically since they started charging .yet since they have enacted the fee and know people are paying they are of coarse not going to retract it .it really pisses me off to .$15 may not sound like a lot but its $30 if you're flying round trip which just about everyone is doing .and $30 still isn't that much money .its more the principal of the matter to me

i flew on north west airlines at the end of september and i was aware of the charge i was given a paper saying that checked bags on domestic flights were free .i of coarse guessed it was out of date yet no where on this paper did it say that it was subject to change .i contacted NWA about this and they offered me a $50 electronic voucher .what ever the hell that is .yet no attempt at a refund was offered .i'm not sure how you can offer me $50 yet say you're not going to give me $30 .i guess they fail to see the simple math and that they would be keeping $20 .it's not to surprising to me either .i mean this is a company that charges you if you want anything to during the flight .no free tiny pack of peanuts but you could have a free drink .i think they need some major restructuring of their company if they are that desperate for money .i feel bad for delta since the two companies have since merged .if you fly .complain about the fee .if you don't let your voice be heard no change will ever happen
